We've reviewed hundreds of TVs over the years from all the key brands, and that means we know how the best Samsung TVs compare to the competition as well as to each other. Although the biggest, most high-tech sets are exciting, they’re not going to make sense for every living room or budget. However, Samsung makes plenty of other TVs.
Ags tracking samsung tv tv#
And also just because, this shit is something I have never ever experienced while participating in e-commerce transactions. For example, we’re big fans of the Samsung QN900B 8K QLED TV if you're after stunning 8K pictures and it sits in the third spot in this list and features in our best TVs guide. So at the very least shouldn't you be entitled to reimbursement for the 4+ hours that you had to stay home instead of being at work? Technically it is a financial consquence due to AGS's failure to deliver within the parameters of your scheduled appt. Once accepted, the buyer is legally obligated to submit payment for the product, and the seller is legally obligated to deliver or produce the product.) So if it's not legal for AGS and samsung to do this then? Idk I'm going out on limb here but c'mon man? Like i want my tv from samsung! And just like every other person, I had to take time off of work to make sure that I was present to sign for proof of delivery. ***is there nothing we can do? Other than I refuse delivery and demanding a refund? If AGS broke the agreement by failure to deliver on the agreed upon time and date, wouldn't that be breach in contract? (purchase order becomes a legally binding contract after the seller accepts the order. So this whole experience was enough to make me mad to never order directly from Samsung as well, but there's still one thing I haven't been able to figure out through reading over other reviews on this matter? Well obviously I'm in the same situation as yall are in I ordered, set up multiple appointments, was lied too, company policies on shipping overall are disproportionate to the customer. It's funny that I had no idea about how a reputable corporation like samsung is in cahoots with a shifty delivery company. They have a “R&D department” located in the Domain here in Austin of all places, and the only R&D here gotta be a honey hole, because I don’t see how they’re staying in business sucking ass like they do for Samsung. That Samsung uses them as a fulfillment partner…can only mean they have a stake in them or there’s a board member at Samsung who has a squeeze over there, or maybe AGS is shipping a lot of things “non-TV’s” like use your imagination. You can look back thru threads 4-5 years ago and it’s the same shit. Wait on the phone for 1 hour 27 minutes and then I hear someone breathing and laughing then click click hung up. Then I call Samsung and they say to call AGS. So I wait here all fkn day for my TV, and at 4:57 I get an email saying it’s been delayed due to transit. But on the 24th I go into the hub and try to change my delivery to an earlier date and I can, to December 28th. And I thought well, it’ll be here sooner than that, no worries. Yeah, so I paid for mine at on December 7th with a delivery date given on that date of December 29th. Is this a common problem nowadays? I ordered a TV three years ago and had it four days from the time I submitted the order. I go on a two-week vacation out of town on the 15th with no way to receive the TV till the 27th of December. We are now 34 days from ordering and still waiting on the TV. Samsung’s support during this process was extremely terrible and not helpful. Samsung told me they shipped it and contact AGS, and Samsung refused to contact AGS themselves.

Samsung told me to contact AGS, AGS told me they do not have the TV contact Samsung. I contacted Samsung support again, I went round and round with them and was assured many times I would get the TV on the 9th. On Dec 6th I noticed no change in shipping status “order created”. Dec 3rd hit and I got a tracking number (after talking with support and going round and round for a few days before the 3rd) AGS shipping, great I thought it is on its way. I was assured by the sales guy on chat that I would get the TV on or before Dec 3rd. My initial delivery date was December 3rd. I ordered a TV QN75QN90AAFXZA on November 6. Samsung support has been terrible for me.
